This is an annual fund raising event hosted by the Athens LIONS Club.
We seek sponsors, vendors (crafters), volunteers, exhibitors, and spectators/visitors for our annual fund raising event.
You can help us engage and entertain the local community and visitors by providing a financial contribution or by sponsoring an event.
Entertainment, pull boat, prizes, and children’s amusements i.e. bouncy castle attract the community and provide a memorable event for all to enjoy.

If you would like to be a vendor (outdoors) at the show, please click the email button below and provide your contact details.
If you would like to be a volunteer at the show, please click the email button below and provide your contact details along with the area where you would be of most service - canteen, groundskeeping, scales, pulls, gates etc. Please also advise of 4 hour timeframe you can help on Friday Saturday and/ or Sunday.
Tractors, farm equipment, vintage/antique cars/motorcycles/trucks are welcome.
Exhibitors get free admission to the grounds. Exhibitors must register at the trailer across from the Pavilion. Please check the Exhibition Schedule here to see the registration hours.

Pay show admission before you park. Field parking is free. Rink parking for mobility support.

Athens LIONS Club is a member based service organization that aims to provide help and support to the community. The Club is under LIONS Club International.
New members are sponsored by an existing member and must attend three meetings to determine if a mutually good fit. New members must bring skills that will enhance the Club and service to the community. There is an annual membership fee. Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday each month. The General Meetings begin at 7pm.

Parking is free with admission. Pay the admission to the show or show your admission bracelet for entry.
Field parking is located just outside the fairgrounds with entry via Henry Street.
Rink parking is available on pavement with priority given to those who need wheels for transport around the grounds (strollers wheelchairs).
Yes. Indoor plumbing at the Pavilion washrooms and in the rink.
Yes. Pavilion washroom(s) and there will be 2 outdoor wheelchair accessible washrooms.
The gravel roadways are fairly flat. The grounds could be rough / messy if recent rain/ heavy equipment created ruts.
Exhibitors and Campers - to book a camp site, please contact Pete at 613-498-7606 before June 15th. Limited sites available. Dry camping. No hydro. No water. You must have liability insurance etc.
Any posters, signs, billboards or written matter of any kind whatsoever which includes racial or political content will not be permitted on the premises. Any person displaying such statement or causing a disturbance will be barred from entry to the event or be evicted and have admission to the premises revoked.
