2026 Farmersville Exhibition - Schedule of Events

• Exhibitor Registration - across from the Pavilion (B) - behind the backstop of the ball diamond  (C) ~1pm-5:45pm 
• Bar open - Pavilion (B) ~3-6pm
• Grounds open to the public at 4pm  (M) - $15 daily or $30 for the weekend - get a weekend bracelet for best value!
• Canteen open - Pavilion (B) ~ 4-10pm
• Vendors and Crafters - Outside (D) and the upper floor of Centre  76 (K) 4pm - 8pm
• Truck Pull Registration - track (I) - 4-5:30pm  all Drivers must be registered by 5:30pm. Drivers must enter the fairgrounds from the Elgin Street Gate, pay admission, and take the west side track to the north to the scales / registration.

• Live Music [$] - Country Traditionz - rink surface (J) ~8-11pm in the rink. Doors (K) open at 7pm. Pay at the door only. $10 with admission bracelet, $15 without bracelet after the main gate is closed.

• Shriner's Breakfast available at the Pavilion (B) [$13] 7am-10:30am  (Exhibitors/ Campers / Vendors) 

Spectators are welcome when grounds open to the public.

• Vintage Tractor Pull Registration - Track (I) - 8-9:30am

            Drivers must use the west side of the track and make their way to the scales at the north east end of the track.

• Show n Shine Car Show -(E) registration 9am - 11am at the car show registration tent. Car show drivers - please enter the grounds via the Elgin Street Entrance. Show runs 9am-2pm. Rain day is Sunday.

• Canteen open - Pavilion (B) ~11am-4pm
• The Valley Shantyman - Live Music at the Pavilion (B) - 11-2pm
• Square Dancing Tractors - 1st show - (G) - ~11-11:35am - from St Albert - watch as precision drivers do-si-do tractors in the field!
